When pairing 2 WATCHU’s please ensure that the WATCHU telephone numbers are added correctly in the alternate Family List.
The number must start with “0” in the UK, or or it will not be able to call the watch it is try to pair with, or with “1” in the US.
For example:
In the UK the number must be entered as 074……etc
In the US the number must be entered as 140…. or 120….etc
