    I purchased two of these watches for my children. First one works fine. I am having problems with the second one. I am able to track and send voice messages ok, but not able to make phone calls to the watch or from the watch to the contact from the contact list. I reset the sim by sending the suggested sms text (#862182,STAPN:globaldata,0,0,0.0.0.0,0,,,,,) during intial setup as data was not working at all. After sending the text, data started working but no voice (phone). Any suggestions? Thanks
