Notice for WATCHU Customers
Dear WATCHU Customer,
We have some great news; we have made improvements to the WATCHU and we are offering all existing customers a free upgrade to the latest firmware.
We will be providing a new sim that has a better coverage and will transfer your existing balance to the new SIM.
Please contact us and we will send you a free post returns label to send your WATCHU/SIM back to us.
Let us know if you are having any problems with your WATCHU so that we can make the necessary changes. We want to ensure that all
of our customers are happy.
New Sim features include:
- • Better network coverage
- • View your balance online
- • View all calls that the WATCHU has made and received via our new online portal
- • View every data session
- • Top up via our online portal
- • No line rental charge
Please note we will be switching off all existing sims on the 20th of July 2018 so that we can move to the improved network coverage. Please send your WATCHU back before then not to miss out. If you miss this date, just get in touch and
we will organise a changeover at a time that better suits you.
