    Please note: you can only change the administrators account with the back up administrator. You cannot transfer rights to contacts within the Phone book.

    To transfer rights, follow the instructions below:

    • Log into the App with the administrator’s account and tap the three lines in the top left hand corner.
    • Enter the Family Member page.
    • Choose from the list of back up administrators and hold down the contact then tap
      “Transfer Administrative Rights” to complete the transfer.
